I have published a continuing column in “The Danbury News Times”, Danbury, CT entitled “Ask a Psychotherapist”.
As an internationally known psychologist, I have appeared on many television shows including "The Today Show," as well as national and local radio programs. I am skilled in helping individuals with many different problems that can be addressed in therapy, such as stress management, anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, low self-esteem, anger management, and gender identity issues to name a few.
I offer a relaxed, empathic, gentle and comfortable environment, qualities that are paramount in achieving effective therapy changes. I am nonjudgmental, and open to discussing a broad range of issues as a therapist. Your individual goals will be at the core of each counseling session.
